This policy describes how to request a refund for purchases made in DiagNotes. Payments are processed through Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for these transactions.

2. Subscriptions

You may request a refund within the reference window after the billing date:

3. Search packs

Search packs are one-time purchases that are consumed through use. Once searches from a pack have been used, the consumed portion is not refundable. We evaluate requests for unused packs case by case.

4. How to request a refund

Refunds are not automatic and cannot be self-managed from this public website. To request one, email support@diagnotes.org and include:

5. Processing times

Once approved, a refund may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider.

6. Public website limits

This public website does not provide login, refund approval, subscription cancellation, plan reactivation, or account status. Those flows are handled in the app, by email support, or in authenticated surfaces outside this public website.
